Spot
/ Line and Cross Lasers:
|
Various
optics and lenses enable a laser beam to be transformed into
small spots, fine lines, or crosses of intense monochromatic
light that are clearly visible in normal ambient conditions.
These lines of bright light can be projected from a stable and independent
location to indicate the precise position of an object.
Applications
for Line Lasers:
- Positioning
of Cranes, Vessels and Containers
- Sawmills
- Cut indicators for breakdown saws and edgers
- Textiles
- Pattern Matching and Hem Press Guides
- Stone
Cutting - Cut indicator on Stone Saw

How
does it Work?
|
|

|
The
Ultraline diode laser projects lines that are clearly visible,
even in daylight.
With it's innovative optic design, the Ultraline laser solves two problems
normally associated with line lasers.
It
projects a brighter, equally distributed line over the whole
workpiece and the line starts immediate below the mounting
position.
This is a tremendous advantage when installing the laser in low mounting
positions on machines with mechanical limitations, such as veneer sheers,
panel sizing saws or edgers.

How

|
The
HD Series of Diode Lasers, designed for industrial applications
in harsh environments, project spots or lines which are clearly
visible even in daylight.
The optics which produce a high quality collimated beam, can be focussed
to suit application and distance without the
aid of a tool, and the line position is maintained during focussing.
A
rugged stainless steel housing protects the laser diode optic
and electronic circuitry, while in order to safeguard against
mains transients and power variations the laser diode is
galvanically separated from the power supply.
The wide range input capacity enables these units to be used with all
typical low voltage power nets.

Laser
Photocells:
|
|
|
Laser
photocells have a very high repeatability and fast response
time.
Laser Photocell systems are used when high accuracy is important, for
long distance applications, or in harsh environments.
